Ingredients

Herbal HRT tonic: Vitex agnus castus, angelica sinensis, foeniculum vulgare and dioscores villosa; Yoni Steaming Blend:Artemisia vulgaris, Matricaria chamomilla, Achillea millefolium, Alchemilla, Calendula officinalis, Lavandula officinalis and Rosa centifolia; Adrenal support tonic: Withania somnifera, Glycyrrhiza glabra, Hydrocotyle asciatica; Rose water: rosa damascena hydrosol.

Instructions

Herbal HRT tonic: For best results take 1 teaspoon daily for 6-12 months. Yoni Steaming blend: Use x1 medium handful per steam bath. Steam for 20 minutes 1-2x per week. Adrenal Support tonic: 1x teaspoon taken with water 2x daily or 1/2 pipette taken 2-6 x daily Rose water spray: apply liberally by spraying in the face and over the body when needing to cool down.
